So Long Fast Foolld.

Today I cooked a gumbo and it was soooo great! Fresh Wild Pacific salmon and fresh green peppers with Andouille Sausages. I mean it was spicy but not burn your mouth spicy so great:)

Update: 010/04/11Back to reality I'm looking forward to international week to where I work at I love food today is a briskful day. Nap time tuesdays
