Lunch with momma! We enjoyed a nice seafood platter with sweet potato zoo good.

So I love food, U all know that I mean i take picts of food all the time lol, But I love healthy food. So recently we got our little standard poodle named King Charlemagne he's so special to us our fam and very spoield and I think people get jelous of his name in our neighborhood lol they are kind like avg Joe's or basic Janes loL! Don't get mad cause we took care in naming ourdog. A name is supposed to fit your personality the person you are not just a # lol and thank you. Super hairflip! So I'm leaving you with a collections of events over the week, Oh yea so I was picking up my sis bday gift from my boutique friends in downtown Annapolis storefront, and Voila! Kate plus 8 were down there 5 min after I left lol, I was wondering why there were so many camera crews out there so that was funny but I got some cute lil photo's of things down there it has changed quite a bit since I went to highschool down there. But anyways Enjoy!

Cooking Lean and Bam!

Chicken Cream of Mushroom and Veggies Mash:)

Throw them veggies in with the olive oil and got it cracking cabbage, green squash yellow peppers, redpeppers and carrots

Seasoned the chicken than threw it in the pan with a lot of olive oil, kind of let it toast on its own with little agitation b/c the breast were fairly thin.

pour the cream of mushroom right on in separating the cooked chicken and let it marinate for a bit on m/high

you could find this in your natural section at your local Giant or Safeway thats where I go to get it.

splashed a lil red pepper around for decorating mashed some potatoes and Voila you have a simple and easy meal who wants to do the dishes?:)

So I never really do this, so I'm going to start taking picts of the process I do in cooking and telling you the ingredients, I made today organic mushroom chicken with veggies and mash potatoes, I used a gluten free mushroom cream sauce its a little different from Campbell's its low on sodium witch is a great thing plus it taste really good, and those are shittake mushrooms:)

Hey you all! I was randomly, just clicking away with my camera today before I went swimming, and I am so inspired by nature that I decided to take some picts and mix media and draw them out in my new sketch book. So then I got a idea to do illustrations of things make it real colorful and give it to my nephew and make a lil booklet out of it. I never done anything like that so I thought it would be fun. Everyone that knows me knows I love colors so I had a lot of fun playing with the textures of the mix media , I used Crayon and light prisma colored pencil and marker. I free hand sketched it first with a number 2 pencil. I was really happy with the results but its def time to invest in some new colored pencils I was down to the wire, Probably because they were the light prisma. I have been so busy these last 2 weeks with boutique events that I decided to just have one of my graphic relax days to just take time and create like I'm used to doing thats why I call myself a graphic designer. It was fun today trying the photography aspect of the field I plan to play around with more, I was also creating logos as well that I put on some of the pictures. Today was a good day

So today, the sun was really just putting me in one of the best moods, I got a my work done and then I was ready to hit the nearest food place, but someone treated me to amazing steak that was soo Yummi! Ok and I noticed today all throughout my timeline I saw people saying some brutally mean things to people. Yes you were hating don't sugar coat it! So wrong! If someone wants to love themselves and is blessed with a lot be happy for them and work hard so you can do the same, carry on with that! And smile and say something positive not oh that girl is ugly as heck I don't know why she got that man, say Oh wow! That girl got mad skills let me ask her how she do that thing lol! I mean look around your hating on her while she is off with her FINE prince charming! Ok and to Add to that my mentor always told me and I have known her since highschool, she told me to write down 5 things I love about myself everyday and even if is the same thing really get that stuck in your head. Our brains sometimes are trained to think negative because we have to adjust to many of things and change. Now Im not trying to sound like DR. Michelle or Oprah But I love DR. Michelle and I was reading her tweets the other day and it said unquote stop going in on the other person and focus on yourself and examine why you are throwing shade at the next person you have issues to work out to MR. Or Miss! Paraphrasing.. So yes lets be positive and do positive things and be around people that love and care about you and want you to be successful! Doesn't that sound a whole lot better! Now I want you all to comment on what you think being positive potrays on your life or a persons life.Please sound off:) Now I have to admit Im not sitting around holding flowers all day and hugging trees, yea I talk about people sometimes cause they probably irritated me, but I don't sit there and pick the person apart or think evil thoughts that just aint right! And you need prayer is you about that YUCKYNess.. Ok Twitterbabies I thought that was real as ish.
